Services – Screen Printing

We have been screen printing for many years now and have great experience in this chosen field. Screenprinting still offers terrific value for money on your larger quantity runs and for designs with only a limited one to three colours in the design (if needing above three colours you are best off choosing the thermal application field). Below we have listed some information to help you explain to us how you would like your garments decorated.

LETTERING ONLY DESIGNS

Shown below we have listed our most common font requests which you can choose from. Mind you we have many more fonts in our library if you are needing to replicate a business logo design or club newsletter font for example. When you choose one of our fonts for a lettering only design with no pictures involved it is a reduced set up fee. Click to view larger image:

LOGO DESIGNS

If your business or club have a special design of your own, just provide us with a high quality jpeg, bmp or pdf file and we will be able to provide you with a quotation on your set up fee and also a cost per garment for the screenprint charge.

SPECIFIC SCREEN PRINTING COLOUR REQUESTS

Unfortunately screenprinting colours depend on a lot of things, including how much dye is in the fabric of the garment and what colour paint you require onto which colour garment. If you require a specific type of colour we recommend thermal application instead.

SPECIFIC SCREEN PRINTING SIZE REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGNS

If you need your design to be a particular size, please just let us know. Also remember that children’s shirts are a lot smaller for decorating and also some polo’s for instance have panels down the sides that may hinder the width of your decorations required.

CAN WE GET A SAMPLE DONE?

Unfortunately setting up screenprinting is a lengthy process so we are unable to provide a garment sample. You will however receive your artwork for approval, you will also receive an approval sheet which can be emailed back to us so your order can proceed.

MORE THAN ONE DESIGN ON YOUR GARMENT? (eg. front and back logos)
