Services – Thermal Application

Everything Uniform has as a lot experience in the thermal application of lettering, numbers and logo’s onto a vast array of garments, including polo’s, jerseys, singlets, bags etc.

This industry is quickly growing in popularity as it enables the customer more multi coloured designs than traditional screen-printing services. It has also improved over the years, long gone are the days of sports numbers falling off garments with the advancement of the machines to heat press the thermals on, down to the improvement in the vinyl itself.

Below we have listed some information to help you explain to us how you would like your garment decorated.

Logo Designs

Specific fonts and custom logos can be produced with supplied artwork from customers. Artwork to be provided in high quality adobe illustrator files (.ai files), esp. files or jpeg files.

Lettering Only

There are hundreds of lettering styles to choose from. Below we have listed our most common font’s requests which you can choose from. If you need to replicate a business or Clubs specific font you will need to supply us with a high resolution file to recreate your design.

Numbering – (for example team shirts etc.)

Thermals Numbers are very popular with most sporting teams for players Jerseys. Stock sizes range from 2.5cm up to 25cm. Below are a few samples of numbers fonts.

Sports Block: Sizes – 10cm (4″), 15cm (6″), 20cm (8″), 25cm (10″)

3D Numbers: Sizes – 10cm (4″), 15cm (6″), 20cm (8″), 25cm (10″)

Outline Numbers: Sizes – 10cm (4″), 20cm (8″), 25cm (10″)

Round Numbers: Sizes – 10cm (4″), 20cm (8″), 25cm (10″)

Design Numbers: Available in any size from 10mm to 35cm. Custom design numbers are only limited by the quality of the artwork provided.

Minimum Thermal Application Quantities

There are no minimums and depending on the quality of your artwork there may also be an Artwork Fee. Please send all information pertaining to your request for a quote.

More than one design on the garment? – (e.g. Lettering & Number)

Teams often request to have their names above numbers on the back of jerseys or shirts. There is no problem doing this, however the size of the thermals depends of the room available on the garment.
